Tobler & Co (and successors) has been making ski waxes for over 100 years. Based in Altstätten, Switzerland, the company is known worldwide for the ToKo brand. The example in this listing is labeled "Metro", but is identical to the 1-3-5 ToKo line from the 1950s and 1960s. A very cool find for wax collectors, as this particular piece was labeled for distribution in the USA by the "Dee-Bee" company of Portland, OR.
This set is nearly complete, with the exception that the yellow slab has been used slightly. No surprise, as this is 'merica and we deal with a lot of wet snow conditions.
